Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms govern use of autoelectrician.ae. The site introduces you to an independent auto electrician near your car. It is not a workshop, and it is not a party to the repair agreement, the payment, or the warranty.
What this website does
You tell us where the car is and what seems wrong. We pass that request to a provider who covers the area. That introduction is the service this website provides.
Browsing the pages, calling, or sending a WhatsApp message means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not send a booking request.
Providers are independent
Each provider is a separate business. We do not employ the technician, we do not supervise the repair, and we do not set the provider’s price, parts or arrival time.
A service page describes the kind of help you can ask for. It is not a promise that a particular technician will accept the job, or that a figure mentioned on the site is the price you will pay.
Quotes, payment and warranty
The provider quotes the job after speaking with you or inspecting the car. You approve the price with the provider before work starts.
Payment is made to the provider, not to AutoElectrician.ae. We do not take the money, we do not process the card payment, and we do not issue the invoice for the repair.
Any warranty is a promise from the provider to you. We do not underwrite it. If a part fails or the fault returns, you take that up with the provider who attended.
What you agree to provide
Send an accurate location, choose a safe place to meet, and describe the car and the fault honestly. You authorise the work and you pay the provider the amount you agreed with them.
The car must be somewhere the provider can attend lawfully. We will not pass on a request that asks anyone to do something unsafe or unlawful.
Pages are information, not a diagnosis
Arrival windows, same-day notes and area lists help you see where introductions are offered. The provider confirms what they can actually do on the day.
Test results, parts and the repair method are decided by the provider at the car. Nothing on this website is a diagnosis of your vehicle.
Using the pages
You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy the pages to run a competing service, interfere with the website, or send requests you know are false.
English pages are served at the root of the domain and Arabic pages under /ar. Both describe the same introduction service.
Liability
To the extent UAE law allows, AutoElectrician.ae is not liable for a provider’s workmanship, delay, parts, pricing dispute, or for loss that follows the repair. Those matters sit with the provider you hired.
Nothing here removes a right that UAE law does not let you waive. Where the law places a duty on the business that did the work, that duty stays with the provider.
Updates and governing law
We may revise these terms when the way we make introductions changes. The date at the top is the version in force.
Use of this website is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction.
